The Kunj and excursions are a part of the eco-tourism projects undertaken by the Chambal Conservation Foundation. The Chambal Conservation Foundation was set up in 1999 by Kunwar Ram Pratap Singh, an engineer from IIT Roorkee and his wife Anu Dhillon Singh, an environmental scientist from London University.
Since 1999, we have been instrumental in placing the hitherto unknown Chambal Valley onto the international tourism map and have worked hard to ensure all our activities are environment friendly and sustainable. We make every effort to involve and support our local community and all our team members are a part of this community.
We are committed to the development of responsible tourism in the Chambal Valley and have a large body of work to substantiate our claims. For further details please visit
